Peggy Smit

Retires Fro

Dial-a-Cab

Wednesday April 28th was a sad day for all the friends, work colleagues and Westminster account clients - both from the account head office and the individual riders themselves - of Peggy Smith. On that day, Peggy left her DaC computer for the last time as she headed off to the seaside for a well-deserved retirement.
Peggy had been with us since the early days of our opening at Brunswick House:
"…I’ve enjoyed most of those 13 years" she told Call Sign, "but I’m not unhappy at the thought of stopping work because I’m actually looking forward to enjoying the rest. I must add, though, that I shall miss all the friends that I have made over the years - both inside and outside Brunswick House. Walking out for that last time was quite an emotional experience."
